For something a little more refined, the Coconut Orchard Fizz takes Limonada de Coco in a new direction. Cloudy apple juice brings a crisp, orchard-fresh note, while elderflower tonic adds sparkle and a delicate floral lift. No heavy flavors, no distractions — just clean coconut doing what it does best.

Ingredients

• 60mL Limonada de Coco
• 60mL cloudy apple juice
• 20mL elderflower tonic
• Ice
• Apple fan or thyme sprig, to garnish

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add the Limonada de Coco, cloudy apple juice and elderflower tonic.
3. Stir gently to combine.
4. Garnish with an apple fan or thyme sprig and serve tall and cold.
