The “Desert Flame Spritz”

Some cocktails sparkle. This one scorches.

The Desert Flame Spritz is a saffron-citrus twist on the classic spritz — built around Hot Shots OG: Cinnamon and Ginger Rum Liqueur, saffron syrup, and sparkling water. It’s dry, floral, and perfect for rooftop rituals, founder-led tastings, or golden hour sips that end with a story.

The Desert Flame Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Hot Shots OG

  • 15ml saffron syrup (see below)

  • 10ml lemon juice

  • Top with soda water or brut prosecco

  • Ice + edible gold dust or dried rose petal garnish 

Saffron Syrup: 

Simmer 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and a pinch of saffron threads for 5 minutes. Cool and strain.

Ritual: Before pouring, hold the glass to the sun and say the name of a dream you haven’t chased yet. Pour slowly, watch the gold swirl, and sip while standing on sand — or something close enough.

Founder’s Note

This cocktail was born in the dunes outside Dubai — where the wind whispers stories and the horizon burns gold. I wanted something that felt like ambition in a glass. The spritz is the shimmer. The burn is the drive.
