Fifth Flame: The “Venetian Burn Bellini”.
By Colleen Walters — Flavoursmith, Founder, and Willy Wonka of Booze.

Some cocktails flirt. This one seduces.
The Venetian Burn Bellini is a sparkling twist on the classic — peachy, floral, and kissed with the signature Hot Shots burn. It’s built around Hot Shots Rum Liqueur, fresh peach purée, and a dry prosecco finish. Whether you’re toasting on a rooftop, floating down a canal, or just chasing that Italian golden hour, this cocktail brings the romance.
The Venetian Burn Bellini
Ingredients:
-
30ml Hot Shots Rum Liqueur
-
30ml fresh peach purée (or white peach nectar)
-
Top with chilled prosecco
-
Optional: dash of rosewater or orange blossom
-
Garnish: edible flower or peach slice
Ritual: Before pouring the prosecco, whisper the name of a place you’d return to in a heartbeat. Pour slowly, watch the bubbles rise, and take your first sip with your eyes closed — imagining the sound of water lapping against stone.
Founder’s Note
This cocktail was born on a quiet morning in Venice — mist on the canal, bells in the distance, and a peach in my hand from the Rialto Market. I wanted something that felt like a memory you could drink. The prosecco is the sparkle. The burn is the heartbeat.
