Fourth Flame: The “Tiki Burn Bounce”

Some cocktails are made to sip. This one’s made to bounce.

The Tiki Burn Bounce is a tropical riot — juicy, citrusy, and just spicy enough to make your toes curl. It’s built around Hot Shots Rum Liqueur, layered with pineapple, lime, and a dash of bitters. The bounce comes from the ritual: a cheeky garnish, a founder challenge, and a sip that starts the party.

 The Tiki Burn Bounce

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Hot Shots Liqueur

  • 30ml pineapple juice

  • 15ml lime juice

  • 10ml honey syrup

  • Dash of Angotura bitters

  • Ice + pineapple leaf or flaming lime garnish

Optional: Serve in a tiki mug or hollowed-out pineapple for full bounce effect.

Ritual: Before sipping, bounce the glass gently on the table three times. Say the name of the wildest place you’ve ever danced. Take your first sip while standing on one foot — bonus points if you’re barefoot.

 Founder’s Note

This cocktail was born from a beach party in Palawan — the kind where the music never stops and the drinks come with stories. I wanted something that felt like a dare in a glass. The bounce is the energy. The burn is the reward.
